A coach for every agent in the network — and for the people who lead them.

ERA Coach is an AI coaching platform built for the ERA Europe network. Not a course and not a chatbot: a working conversation that ends with a handful of specific things the person will do before the next one, each with a day.

Available in German, English, French, Bulgarian and Czech — and built around how these markets actually work, not translated from somewhere else.

What it is

Two coaches, because the two jobs are not the same

An office leader and an agent are solving different problems. They get different coaches, each with its own expertise and its own way of pushing.

For office owners and leaders

The Broker Coach

Recruiting first, because the office grows its listing stock by growing the number of people who can win mandates. Then training the people already there — and only then retention, which is usually a symptom of the first two rather than a problem of its own.

  • Preparing and running a recruiting conversation
  • Selecting for the behaviour that produces mandates, not for a CV
  • Getting a new agent to a first listing quickly

For agents

The Agent Coach

Winning and selling listings. Without a shared listing system in these markets, an agent can only sell what they hold — so the coaching drives at mandates rather than at buyer volume the agent cannot control.

  • Prospecting, and the sentence you would really say on the phone
  • Securing the seller appointment and the presentation
  • Fee objections — arguing outcome before price

How it works

A short conversation that ends in commitments

Most coaching fails between sessions. This is built so that the gap between one conversation and the next is where the work happens.

1

Open a session

Whenever it is useful — before a listing appointment, after one that went badly, or on a slow Monday. No scheduling, no waiting for a group call.

2

Work the real situation

The coach asks what was actually said and done, not what usually happens. It knows the market's fee structure, its terminology and how agents there are engaged.

3

Leave with commitments

Three to five specific actions, each measurable and each with a day. "Telephone twelve past clients by Thursday" — not "do more prospecting".

4

Get held to them

Commitments go to a calendar with reminders, and the next session opens with them. Leaders can see whether their people are engaging and finishing what they start.

Confidentiality

Nobody reads the conversations

A coach is only useful if the person brings the real problem — the appointment they lost, the objection they fumbled, the recruit who said no. That stops the moment somebody believes their manager can read the transcript.

So they cannot. Reporting shows named activity — who is using the coach, how often, and whether they complete what they commit to. It never shows what was said, at any level of the organisation, including ours. The system is built that way rather than governed that way: the reporting simply has no path to session content.

The platform is designed for European data protection obligations, including the works-council considerations that apply in Germany and Austria when a system reports on individuals.
